Common questions
I didn’t get my verification or password email
Check spam and Promotions, and search for “Lookz”. Emails come from noreply@lookz.in. You can resend the verification link from Settings → Account, or request a new reset link on the login page.
I paid by UPI but my listing isn’t live
We check every payment by its UTR number — usually within 2 hours. You can see the status under Listings & payments. If it was rejected, the reason is shown there and you can submit the correct UTR.
Someone asked me to pay to apply for a casting
Applying on Lookz is always free. Don’t pay — report the casting with the flag button, or choose “Report a problem” below and we’ll act on it quickly.
How do I get the pink verified tick?
Go to Settings → Account → Verified tick and tell us how to confirm it’s you (Instagram, website, agency or press). We reply within 2 working days.
Can my brand partner with Lookz?
Yes! Create a brand page from Discover → Brands, or write to hello@lookz.in for sponsorships, events and collaborations.
