Privacy policy

This policy explains what Lookz collects and why, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Account details: name, username, email, and a password hash (we never store your password itself). If you use Google, we receive your name and verified email.
What you post: photos, captions, stories, comments, messages, events and castings.
Profile details you choose to add, such as city, roles and model measurements.
Payment details you submit for listings: UPI transaction reference and an optional screenshot. We don’t receive card or bank account numbers.
Basic logs such as IP address and login times, for security.

To run Lookz: show your profile and posts, deliver messages, process listings and keep the platform safe.
To email you about your account, such as verification and password resets.

Edit or delete your posts at any time. Ask us to delete your account by emailing support@lookz.in.
We don’t sell your personal data.
